Also applicable to getting work done outside the office! 1. Pick a workspace that's comfortable, quiet and most importantly has wifi. because you don't want to spend all your time asking the staff about their wifi and getting angry that you can't connect to it. 2. Get a drink or something to eat. because even though you're here to leech wifi, you need to make sure they don't question your presence here. 3. Realize you're hungry and my my doesn't that cake look good. 4. Sit down to begin, but wait. BFF msged you on skype and it's important. Bij . Like.  The-Ring-To-Frodo Important. "What do you think of Kate Spade bags?" 5. Turn on some relaxing music. Apparently babies who listen to Beethoven turn out more intellectual so...it should work on a adults too right? Dang, so many covers of L'arriseanne...and Chopin's Prelude No.4 in E-minor makes me depressed. Scroll till you find the right one. 6. Open your word doc to begin, 7. Realize tha

Money money money, must be funny.

Okay who hates money? *crickets* Nobody that's who. We all love money and we can't get enough of it. In fact, most of our lives revolve around getting money so we can use that money to make more money in hopes of making even more money. And in sooooo many ways I think money is a good motivator, and that's what it should serve as. A motivator for you to get your goals and a reward for working so hard in achieving those goals. In many ways, I think money has made me a better, more accomplished (maybe??) person. I'll tell you why. When I was 15 I wanted more pocket money because I wanted the luxury of buying... uhm, yea I don't remember what, I mean that was some time ago, what did we even spend money on then? Probably like Roxy wallets. Okay I'll go with Roxy wallets. ...buying Roxy wallets. So I decided to go work during the holidays so I could get more money to work and by the end of it I made like RM900 and thought I was a millionaire hahah! See? Good motivator

My Inner Narrative.

Sometimes there's that problem you analyse, that opinion you have, that potentially offensive remark that you may make...and a lot of the time, something stops you before you say it, before you begin pointing fingers or before you tell your friend the girl he likes has crazy eyes, "Everyone has an inner narrative right? We don't tell everyone everything" I agreed. "So what's the theme of your narrative?" I asked. Like you know,  for some people it's skepticism, some it may be how the world can be a better place, to not get angry, world peace, to clear doubt etc.  Basically, the overall mood of that narrative. "Hmmm" "Is it reason? Like a voice of rea......" I get interrupted with, " I think my narrative is like  A SIGUR ROS SONG !"  " WHATT!"  Disbelief.  " REALLLLLYYY! It's like .... ...aaaaa a aaaaa aaass aaaa aaaaaa aaaa Yyyyyy yyu uuaaa A ah haa hh hh ma hn ahh haa hhhh hhhaaaaaaaaa... like, so man

Didn't like The Fault in Our Stars.

"Have you watched TFIOS?" I would ask. Any. Girlfriend. " OMG YESS OMG It's so goood! I cried I was like sniffing the whole way through the movie! It's my favourite movie ever! Do you like it?" "Uhm well," "It's so good right? Omg did you cry?" "Uhm well," "You robot." As per my title, yea...no. I did not like the movie. As soon as the movie started I knew it was going to be a sadder movie than Twilight.  Okay yes I admit, my eyes got blurry at some parts. I'm still human okay?! What I didn't like about the movie, was how utterly depressing it was. Throughout the movie, it was like there was ...no there was! this melancholic feel in the air. I've almost never felt sadder than I did in those 2 hours of my life. How can you come out of the cinema and dub this the best, most favourite-st movie you've ever seen in your life? HOW!? You watch it sad and you come out of there sad . It was as if John Greene

Don't know if I can Mac it.

While I was in the middle of something important, my trusty Asus decided he was going to take a nap on me and shut off (shh, he's old. We let him do what he wants). This happens ever so often, as he's not as young as he used to be and tires easily (read: battery life sucks). Despite having the best sound like...ever! (B&O baby!) I decided it was time to get a newer, thinner, sleeker laptop (life story of a majority of people in their midlife). " Omg, you need a laptop? You need a Mac" " Mac is the way to go, it'll change your life" "I don't know how I'd ever survive going back to windows" " You can try Samsung, but I'd recommend a Mac la" I don't know if you've gathered, but I'd decided to get a Mac, because just like having brunch on weekends, it's just the way to go. Apparently it was going to change my life. BTW, Technology and I are just two things that don't go so well together. Sure I know the

Cooking Adventures | The easiest burger patty recipe ever...EVER!

Most time consuming thing I've made to date : burgers Which took me almost the whole day mostly because of the different things that went into the burger that required much frying, tossing, coating, sautee-ing. (read: greedy and wanted to put everything inside)  But it was s'good! Even if I do say so myself. What may surprise you is that the burger patty is one of the easiest things to make! Here's my recipe for the easiest (potentially yummiest) beef burger patty you will ever need to have...ever! In 3 simple steps! p.s. this is the basic recipe, you can add garlic, cheese, onions, etc as you please. Ingredients : Egg (1) Salt &Pepper (1/2 tsp)  Lea and Perrins Worcestershire sauce (2 tbsp) and of course, Ground beef (400 grams) - use the best beef you can find, really 1. Whisk egg, lea and perrin sauce, salt and pepper in large bowl. Add in bread crumbs and ground beef and mix well....with hands. You mix 'm and you mix em good. 2. Shape into patties, about 1/2 to
